romafin

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this discussion format.
Today I received a milk pitcher with the word "ROMAFIN" raised on the bottom of it.
It was not easy to find out about the mark, but I finally found it on an internet site as belonging to roseville pottery.
I got the book "Roseville in all its glory" and looked it up and it said that this mark was very rare and early. The problem I have is that the book says it is in brown and green and if marked, it is on the red clay and on uneven base.
The milk pitcher I have is on a cream colored clay and the mark is very distinct even with the glaze covering it. It has stilt marks and extensive crazing otherwise in perfect condition. It also has a transfer decal of three peach colored roses and foiliage on one side. It is much like the color and feel of the glaze on sunbonnet babies ware.
If anyone knows about this I would appreciate any response.
The price guide says unable to price because of rarity.
